[GRASS-dev] r39983 and r39984 - Module dialogs now size correctly on opening.

Err, module dialogs no longer size correctly on opening (Linux Fedora 10 and Fedora 12), was just fine before r39983 and r39984, now the lower part is not visible, missing are the essential buttons close, apply, ok, help for the d.* modules and close, run, copy, help for other modules, amongst other options, depending on the module. Could you please revert these changes? Also please be aware of modules with lots of options and a system with low screen resolution, the adjusted dialog height may exceed the screen height, something highly annoying (running some virtual machines here for testing where that would be a problem).

Thanks,

Markus M

Markus,

Then we need to work together on this.

Before, I made this change, modules would often open on my screen with all the controls piled in the upper left and the description unreadable. In my case (and probably yours too), a slight resize corrects it. But we don’t want anyone to have to do that. I’ll try some other fixes and can either commit them or send them to you. What is your preference?

Michael
