Are all those msgid+msgstr pairs missing a reference to a particular location in the source code (on top of them) *always* a "cruft", like in this case? Can they be always safely removed?

I am not sure if poedit is able to recycle them for machine translation.
If yes, maybe keep them but in my erperience they just pollute the file(s).
