Hi,

thanks to Moritz, you can add line

deb http://les-ejk.cz/ubuntu dapper multiverse

to your /etc/apt/sources.list

in Ubuntu Dapper Drake (6.10) and you should be able to install GRASS
via

apt-get install grass

AFAIK, Dapper Drake is 6.06.
6.10 is Edgy Eft.
