Ok I finally managed to understand better what is happening.
i.pr.Training- Interactive option is failing. Non-interactive requires GRASS sites points. So far, I was able to do a testing dataset using interactive. What is failing in interactive? Not displaying image
i.pr.features- I fixed what was not working
i.pr.model- I believe it's working
i.pr.classification- Not working, at least for kNN. Doind some debugging...

The MAN manual building script is either not existing on
your machine or perl fails:

That's harmless for the usage.
For the rest, there are warnings which should ideally be fixed but
warnings are not necessarily errors.
Perhaps you would just try the tools?

Ok I have downloaded i.pr into my LINUX (Ubuntu machine) and I've used this command to compile:
sudo make -C i.pr MODULE_TOPDIR=/usr/local/grass-6.4.0svn &>log.log
Attached to this email is the installation LOG. I had a few errors, regarding Description.html but how is the rest? OK?
(will it work on GRASS6.4?)
