[GRASS-dev] removing more tcltk from trunk

I'm pretty sure that

../lib/gcltk/gronsole.tcl
../lib/gcltk/options.tcl
../lib/gcltk/select.tcl

can be safely removed from trunk.

../lib/gcltk/gmsg.tcl is used by nviz, however.

Yes. The only reason to keep it is for nviz.
