Hi,
In order to have better connectivity with the grass.osgeo.org server it has been migrated to a different host machine.
My (European) download rate now went up from 100 kb/s (!) to 4 Mb/s.
This change might also help for the continuous integration (CI) tests on GitHub.
Thanks to Regina for the needed changes.

@neteler confirmed he can get into the container on osgeo8 and rsync is
working.
I have repointed grass.osgeo.org and www.grass.osgeo.org to osgeo8. I’ll
shut down the one on osgeo7 in about 2-3 days, to give enough time for dns
propagation and then close this ticket out once I have done that.
