[GRASS-dev] Size & (re)sizable Location Wizard dialog please

Hi,

The text goes out of the box, most probably because of some settings in my PC.
Is it possible to let the dialog box adapt to a larger size if needed, or being manually resizable.

Could you try the attached diff? I am not really sure about the change.
