[GRASS-dev] Status of creating EPSG_FILE "PROJ_EPSG"?

Hi,

in r60123 the possibility to read a file "PROJ_EPSG" was implemented.
But I don't see anything which actually generates it...

The location manager and g.proj look like good candidates?

`g.proj` in trunk already use it [1,2].
