[GRASS-dev] Tool-tip for removing map layer should state "remove" and not "delete"

I think the tool-tip for the button that removes a layer from the wxGUI
(which, if I understand correctly, does not correspond to g.remove) should be
described as "Remove selected map layer" or alike -- however, the verb
"delete" should not be used.

Currently the tool-tip states: "Delete selected map layer".
