OSGeo is in the process of acquiring two big servers which will be
hosted in a different place than the current one. Then services like
trac etc will be moved and updated.

fyi,

in Debian/stable the version is: 0.11.1-2.1
and from backports.org: 0.11.6-1~bpo50+1

so the new servers should be able to handle it.

my advc. is to stick with the stable versions unless you just
can't live without something. (as better security fixes, support
etc using the official version)

As of today, the plugin has been installed (possible after the migration
to the new server including upgrade to trac 0.11):

Example:

Install the OSGeo4W directory structure [edit] <<---

There is a new [edit] button after each section title.

Happy hacking,
Markus
