thanks to financial support from http://mpba.fbk.eu/en/home , I have
implemented equal split algorithm on network as described in "A kernel
density estimation method for networks, its computational method and a
GIS-based tool, Okabe et. all, 2009" and new kernel density functions
in both 1 and 2 D: uniform, triangular, epanechnikov, quartic,
triweight, cosine.
