[GRASS-dev] What Tcl/Tk version?

Hi all,

I’m compiling grass for windows to built in qgis. In these days I read some posts about Tcl/Tk latest version not working.
WIKI suggests to use 8.4.13; is this version still suggested? would be 8.4.17 (last before 8.5) good?
