Hi all,
I'm compiling grass for windows to built in qgis. In these days I read some posts about Tcl/Tk latest version not working.
WIKI suggests to use 8.4.13; is this version still suggested? would be 8.4.17 (last before 8.5) good?
Thanks
Marco

There have been problems reported using 8.5 on Windows and Mac. These are probably solvable, but I don't think they've been solved. Depending on how the wxPython GUI moves along, they might not be solved. I'd stick with 8.4 for now.

Thanks Michael. I downloaded and installed 8.4.13, that is not the last 8.4 release (wich is 8.4.17), but it’s suggested in the Wiki; I went “safe mode”

I think that any 8.4.x is probably OK. I believe that we’re using 8.4.16.
