For winGRASS use I have added lib/init/grass.ico to CVS. It is the
standard GRASS logo made into a .ico by John Robertson.
Hopefully it makes future packaging a bit nicer.

If you like, for platform completeness, you can add the Mac icon file from my GRASS.app. It's app.icns in the app package, and in my Xcode project.
