[GRASS-dev] wingrass daily builds layout

Hi,

currently the wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz [1] uses layout described bellow:

* x86
** grass70
** grass71
* x86_64
** grass70
** grass71

I started thinking that probably better layout would be:

* grass70
** x86
** x86_64
* grass71
** x86
** x86_64

If it will be changed that ideally before releasing 7.0.3 (it affects
`g.extension`). Do you have any opinion about that? The new layout
would at least simplify linking to given version [1] instead of [2,3].

I agree that version should have priority over architecture.

I changed the layout, updated build scripts, `g.extension`, website
and also set up redirection links for 7.0.3RC2 to be sure that
`g.extension` will work also there.

addons for 7.0.3RC2 work but not for latest stable 7.0.2 because of the layout change…
