wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz is temporary down due to network changes in CTU
network. Should be back on Monday. Martin

unfortunately it affected also Windows server which is not running for
several days. I am in contact with administrators to solve this issue
soon. So currently wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz doesn't offer any packages.
