[GRASS-dev] wx vdigit and vector background map

Hi,

I have improved and uploaded http://grass.osgeo.org/grass70/manuals/g.gui.vdigit.html.

Yet I don’t understand “USING A VECTOR BACKGROUND MAP”. How does it work at time?
