The GRASShopper list forums (grassu-list, grassp-list) are now on
moon.cecer.army.mil. This means that all mail that is sent to these lists,
should be sent to moon.cecer.army.mil instead of amber.cecer.army.mil.
For instance, to send mail to the GRASS Users' list, you would now send
mail to
grassp-list@moon.cecer.army.mil
instead of
grassp-list@amber.cecer.army.mil
