There is the postscript file on moon.cecer.army.mil in the subdirectory:

grass/grass4.1/documents/manuals/user/postscript

or you can find a file called grassman.wp ; grassman.wp ; grassman.txt in
grass/incoming. This manual is done by Martijn Van Leusen. It is in fact
a beginners manual!
