happy to note that we soon will have GRASS latest as 32 bit binaries.
Will be of great help in India.

you can just download the latest GRASS release for 32bit:
http://grass.itc.it/download/index.php
-> GRASS 6.2.2

Probably we can generate GRASS 6.3.CVS *snaphots* in future,
but remember that this is unreleased software.
