GRASS 6.3.cvs (bartin):~ > v.digit map=f28b2_hey1
ERROR: Cannot open old vector f28b2_hey1@orkun on level 2

how can I solve the problem ?

It apperas when file is empty (has no topology)

Jarek,

Just for the record: "empty" doesn't mean "no topology". You can have a
perfectly empty vector (with 0 features) with topology.
