Hi,
Is there a way to increase output resolution of ps.map module? Default
is 72 dpi.

I just found it out through the archives. Its hardcoded in the code.
One way to increase reolution is to increase page size.

Not any more; the downsampling was removed on 2006/02/14. Recent
versions always output raster maps at the resolution of the current
region.
