I would like to know, is there any color tables for other VI indexes (e.g. GVI, GARI, ARVI…) . By defoult GRASS 7 has color tables for only NDVI and EVI … Where can I find color tables for other VI indexex ?

not available to my knowledge, if you feel you can create them, we
could incorporate them in i.vi code (at least, not sure about
r.colors, anybody?)
