[GRASS-user] convert ArcGis to Grass

Dear users:
i have some raster files of digital terrain models in ArcGis 9.3 and i want to use them in Grass 6.3. When i try to import (several formats)an error appear. Do you know any procedure to do it?

what module (r.in.gdal?)?
what error (exact)?
