I want viewhow a volume ( 54250 cubic meters) of water calculated with Hydrologic Study, accumulates in lower parts of my DEM at 1 meter resolution. My goal it's view the level that water reaches inside the raster. What tools can I use in GRASS GIS?

I'm not sure I undertand your question 100%. What do you mean by "how water accumulates in lower parts" ?
Possibly some combination of r.lake + r.volume would allow you to go backwards and see which volume of water you have at different lake levels.
