Hello everybody!
I want to generate variograms for landsat images. A simple search in the raster/imagery commands yielded no favorable results. So I wanted to know, is there any built-in module/command which can be used for the work or can I get that ability with some extension? Or will I have to do it in R?
Thanks and regards,
Chethan S.

Chethan,
as far as I know you have to use the GRASS-R interface to do variograms.
Have a look at http://casoilresource.lawr.ucdavis.edu/drupal/node/438
This tutorial is only for the use of vector point data, but maybe it can
help you for your raster-map issue.
I used this tutorial to do some variograms myself with the GRASS-R
interface. It worked quiet well, I can only recommend it.
All the best-
Stefan
