[GRASS-user] GRASS 6.4.2 and GRASS 6.5 fail to start on Windows 7 64 bits

Dear all

GRASS 6.4.2 and GRASS 6.5 don´t fail to start and the following message appears:

“The program can’t statr because libintl.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem”.

I already reinstalled but it’s still not working

Is it perhaps libintl3.dll which is missing? Then see
