[GRASS-user] grass database in windows

Hi, I have a grass database in a computer with windows (don’t ask me why
is a long history).

I shared this database with samba. I mounted this database on
a computer with linux (is it clear?) where i run grass62.

The problem is that when i tried to import xyz points with v.in.ascii
it fails to fill the vector with data, no error report it is just an empty
vector. I tested the same command but this time
with the database on a computer with linux, not mount involved. Then
it runs ok.

Which is the problem?

Best Regards

Maybe it is permissions. On the windows computer, change the ownership
of all of the GRASS files to whoever the samba user is. Then on the
Linux computer, login as that user.
