I've just put together a new native WinGrass package based on
releasebranch_6_4 r37703 (almost a month's worth of updates).

Thanks tremendous efforts of the OSGeo4W packaging
team and and Colin native WinGrass package that will
bring GRASS to a wider audience.

Would be great for the users if the WinGRASS packaging effort
between the two team could somehow be synccronised.
Perhaps, OSGeo4W advanced install option could have an
option for installing the newer wingrass package by
Colin. This would make things a bit easier for the testers
too.
