Is there any manual on how to install GRASS for Open Suse 11.2? Any response will be appreciated.

   Have you considered the usual configure; make; make install?

Lubica:

Googling shows there are binary GRASS packages for Suse 11.0. Are
they visible in your repo(s)?

I'm not familiar with the Suse distro enough to give specific package
management tools.

for binaries you can add the Application:Geo repository to your
installation manager. The url is:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Application:/Geo/openSUSE_11.2/

For several distros we have explanations here:
http://grass.osgeo.org/wiki/Compile_and_Install

It would be good to add Open Suse as well.
