Dear All,
I have a question regarding GRASS (say the latest 6.2.2 version)
installation.
1) Is it possible to install GRASS on a client machine without any
database (mysql or postgres)? I tried and it installs. But not able
to
view a vector map that I copied from another machine via the GUI.
2) With the above configuration, if I want to query data from
another
linux server running a MySQL database what sort of driver do I need?
I
have MySQL clinet on the machine that has GRASS. But I am wondering
whether I need any other library or driver.
