Please try to look at the sqlite data in the North Carolina demo data set. That way we can tell if it is your data or something in GRASS. I just tried GRASS 7 (compiled 12 December) with this dataset and it works fine on the sqlite database.

I downloaded the NC data and I was able to read and write a sqlite database
there, then I checked a few of my other locations and those appear to work.
Still having trouble with a few. Is there a was to check and or repair
sqlite database files?

today was grass 6.4.3 - I can create and read sqlite in the North Carolina
full dataset, and in a new dataset I created, but having trouble reading
older sqlite databases from locations I've had around for a while

Could you provide a small example? Or perhaps just the error message for now?
(any other Mac OSX users having this issue?)
