there are the files grass64.bat.tmpl, grass64.tmpl.

should these maybe grass65.bat.tmpl, grass65.tmpl to avoid conflicts with a grass64-installation.

Yes, thanks for catching. I have consolidated it to 6.5 in develbranch_6.
