[GRASS-user] how and where download GEM 1.03

Hi Everybody,
I want to download GEM (grass extension manager) but I don’t find a valid link to do it
Can somebody explain to me where I can download this software

It's included in the current GRASS 6.3 distribution and SVN.
Stand-alone source code for C compilation here: (same version
as that distributed with GRASS).
