Do you mean finding affine function coefficients for two spectral bands? And I guess computing a R**2 value?

Dear sir,
yes it means affine function coefficients for two spectral bands. Please give me suitable logic or command sequence so that I can build a single command for this problem. I am c/c++ developer, I have not much knowledge about GIS.
Thanks,
Swapan
