[GRASS-user] How to install <v.strahler> add-on under Windows?

Hi, comrades.

Suggest me please, how to compile the module <v.strahler> under Windows (under Linux I do it easily and with the pleasure)?

There are precompiled add-ons here (http://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/), but all archives with this module are empty (for example, http://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass64/addons/grass-6.4.3svn/v.strahler.zip)

The Makefile (and file layout) in the v.strahler/ directory is rather messed up.
I'll try to reorganize it.

Done. If the windows compile server is back (Martin signalled some problems
to be solved soon), the package will hopefully show up now.
