Hello,
i'm trying to refine my question.
Is there a way to get the information about the transformation performed within PCA?
Am I right thinking that r.covar gives hints? But I miss the eigenvalues of the canonical components... and the functions....
Can anybody help?
Manuel
By the way. The old problem with i.gensig (which was needed to get the signatures for i.cca) was solved using the new 6.4.svn.
Thanks to all developers!
