[GRASS-user] import irregular rectangular noisemap grids

Dear list,

I have some irregular rectangular grids from a software called INM (Integrated
Noise Model) to produce noisemap grids in binary (.grd) or a quite complex
ASCII format. Is anyone of you aware how I could import those grids into
GRASS?

Also, is GRASS able to deal with irregular grids?

Integrated Noise Model (INM) link

If necessary I can also provide you with an example file.

Best regards,
Ulrich

I also found some further specification of the nmgf format at:

If necessary I can also provide you with an example file.

Best regards,
Ulrich
