[GRASS-user] installing GRASS6.2 on FC4

hello everybody ,
i have problem installing GRASS6.2 on my FC$ machine.
Main issue is newer version of libraries are available but grass and other dependency of it demands latter version.
I have tried to follow ISAAC ULLAH steps and got rpms from Markus Netler’s website. For solution i also searched user-list archieve but not much help.

  1. PROJ$ installation - i have PROj4.4.9.2 ia already installed newer version than what was available at Markus’s site.
    2.GEOS: geos-2.1.1.mh4 already installed.
  2. i couldnot found hdf4 on my system.which version will be compatible i donot have information.

i some other rpms with which i instlled grass6.0 earlier but they demand libpq.so.3 while libpq.so.4 is already in the system. This way many conflicts are there.
Any help will be welcome
