I just wanted to point out
This is an Open Access journal, it reviews and publishes both article
and software, it is published by the American Statistical Association,
ISBN, CODEC, indexed by the usual suspects. We only publish open
source software, and support the idea of reproducible research.
We would love to have some GRASS, and or even a special volume
on “GRASS and Statistics” or “Open GIS and Statistics”. For
special volumes, someone has to volunteer as a guest editor,
and then collect and coordinate the review process for about 10
submissions.
