Tomas,
I have some point data for which the interpolation using the v.surf.rst does
not give the best result. Is it possible to use somehow the kriging method?
Is there an OS or other software running under linux or winxp making such
interpolation and import it to grass? (Using the last cvs).
You should try the great (in my opinion) program Gstat (www.gstat.org), which supports reading and writing of GRASS databases, is available on linux and windows, and presents an R interface also.
Eduardo.

Eduardo,
I completely agree with you regarding GSTAT. It has benefited me tremendously and Edzer Pebesma has been very helpful when I have run into difficulties.
Regards,
Tom
