I have a raster with 2 classes forest and non-forest, on which I need to run Landscape patch analysis. I tried running some them (eg. edge density), but in the text output file, get only a single output instead of two. Help is appreciated.

In order to increase your chances of receiving help, it would be better if you could give us more details about what exactly you tried (exact module calls), what you expected to get and what you did get.
Also, did you run g.gui.rlisetup ?
