I just updated to Mavericks (OS X 10.9) today. Both GRASS 7 and 6 seem to work OK. I haven’t done much but they open and display maps. Helena Mitasova confirmed a couple weeks back that she is running my binaries without trouble. Same goes for one of my grad students.
Anna Petrášová ran into a GDAL problem in trying to compile GRASS on Mavericks. I have not yet tried that.
