I am trying material/scripts for the definition of the metadata(vector and raster).Are there some scripts of reference?
Which commandos I must take like reference (es. for the raster: r.support, r.info, r.timestamp etc.)?

Good point. I have added "metadata" sections to
raster/rasterintro.html
vector/vectorintro.html
in GRASS 6.3-CVS. Also updated online:
