Can someone tell me the meaning of the box labeled nv in the panel “Create new color table for raster map” opened by the option “Set color table interactively” in GRASS7.4.0 for Windows?

I suspected that was the meaning, but I tried to apply it to the map “landuse” (in Spearfish) assigning the red color to the many null values but without success. Where did I go wrong?

try d.rast with `n` flag. Ma

d.rast –n makes possible to define a null-valus color in the map display, but doesn’t have any effect on the map displayed in the “Create new color table for raster map” panel.

(Same problem with WinGRASS7.2.2)
