Hi users,
I try to connect a PG or MySQL database to GRASS via odbc, but it doesn't
really work. I know I should use the psql and mysql driver, but as far as I
know it should also work with odbc - right and I would like to test it with a
current GRASS CVS on debian testing?
It seems there are problems with the user authentification. The error messages
come from the databases.
db.connect driver=odbc database=spearfish_mysql
db.login user=grass pass=
MySQL:
... Access denied for user '@'localhost (using password: YES) (1045)
Has anybody recently made similar experinces with current ODBC, GRASS,
Postgres or MySQL versions?
