Why do the v.info and the vector information on the monitor display differ.
The projection is NAD83(HARN) Washington South (meters); EPSG 2838.

from d.mon
east, north: 353006.9664900378, 29032.71536853259
The d.mon longitude is west of the eastern edge of the v.info value, but the
d.mon latitude appears to be further north than the v.info value.
Am I reading these incorrectly?
