I’m getting troubles to run r.walk. If I run r.walk in this region:
projection: 3 (Latitud - Longitud.)
zone: 0
datum: wgs84
ellipsoid: wgs84
north: 33:39:03N
south: 29:16:03N
west: 33:54:48E
east: 40:34:24E
nsres: 0:00:03
ewres: 0:00:03
rows: 5260
cols: 7992
cells: 42037920
the algorithm runs fine.
But isn’t the region I need analyze, when I change into this other one:
projection: 3 (Latitud - Longitud.)
zone: 0
datum: wgs84
ellipsoid: wgs84
north: 37:21:17.568N
south: 25:06:44.82N
west: 31:46:15.96E
east: 43:23:24.576E
nsres: 0:00:08.999949
ewres: 0:00:08.999272
rows: 4897
cols: 4648
cells: 22761256
The algorthym stucks in the Calculating cost step. It’s a widest area, in exchange the number of cells has been reduce a lot.
I’m running GRASS 6.4.3 on Ubuntu 12.04. I thougth this could be due to a lack of RAM???.
Can anyone help me??
