Hi all,
is v.in.dxf supposed to be 2d or 3d? I'm trying to import some 3d lines but the output with v.out.dxf or v.out.pov all z-coordinates are 0.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Wolfgang

3D should work.

v.out.pov all z-coordinates are 0.
check the imported map with v.info for "Map is 3D:", "B:, T:" (bottom, top)
and d.vect + d.what.vect

Strange, but I have not much time today to play around with the files but the following worked: converting the dxf to shp (external software) and then v.in.ogr.
