Is it possible to use the command r.mapcalc in graphical modeler?

yes, but just a wrapper (not r.mapcalc's GUI front-end). Try to add a
new command to your model and type` r.mapcalc`. You should get GUI
dialog for `r.mapcalc` (tested with 6.4.3svn).
